Dan Riley is a supporter of Ed and Elaine Brown in their stand against the Federal Income Tax. While walking the Brown's dog, Riley was arrested and charged with assisting the Browns. He stated in an interview that he has fired his state appointed defense lawyer because he considers the lawyer was not trying to help.
