Disinformation

Disinformation is the deliberate passing of false information. Disinformation, sometimes known as simply Disinfo, may be passed around in a few common ways; by passing around documents, photographs and other malicious content on any item that others will see. Disinformation is a key tool in most of the worlds military and has played key roles in historical moments in our history, it is known that disinformation was sent to the Nazis to throw them off the D-Day mission. In some agencies, when a member of there employees are found to be a spy, instead of firing him and informing the authorities or any other policing body, some people will feed them false information so that they think there job is being carried out when in reality they are being told controlled lies.

There are two which shine above all others in the land of disinformation, they are the CIA and the KGB. Both are renown for there skills at disinfo. Conspiracy theorists believe that they have been responsible for...

• (KGB) Promoting conspiracy theories about the US government being behind the assassination of JFK.
• (CIA) Conspiracy theorists believe that the CIA are constantly lying and spreading disinfo about extraterrestrial life visiting Earth.
