[edit] Mystery Solved? After the rise in interest in this apparant military installation, local authorities in Ningxia, maintain that the installation is nothing but a tank training facility. These claims however are disputed due to the lack of tanks, (Counter-argued to be stored in the red building's of the base) the terain of the "sandbox" not being able to accomindate the tanks and the similarities to Aksai Chin being to obvious, that its a mock up of the land for training purposes in case of war with India over the disputed land.
