Taliban is a Terror-Group, that some people think has been invented and educated by ISI. The Taliban are a group of Islamist extremists of Sunni origin, they are a terrorist organization. It is thought that they ruled Afghanistan from 1996 - 2001, it has said that they were made up to be a excuse for war, but nevertheless they where removed from power by the combined forces of the Northern Alliance and the NATO countries. The Taliban is currently engaged in a guerrilla war against almost every force in Afghanistan. Allied NATO forces are committed to a full impending victory in Operation Enduring Freedom. A man called Mullah Mohammed Omar was the head of the Taliban, Beneath him were a mixture of former small-unit military commanders and Madrasah teachers. The Taliban received valuable training, supplies and arms from the Pakistani government, particularly the Inter-Services Intelligence.

Amongst the years that the Taliban were in power they enforced the toughest level of Sharia Law ever seen by the Muslim world and become a terror to all women. Women were the main victim of this law, they were forced to wear a burka in public and they were/are refused education after the age of 8 and also refused work. Although they were allowed to study one thing, the Qur'an. Women seeking an education were forced to attend underground schools, where they and their teachers risked execution if caught.
