Maybe a rewrite would be good.

Missing footnote section

I have added the Fix banner on account of the reference numbers in the text that have no corresponding footnotes. There should be a numbered list of notes corresponding to the reference numbers inside the article text. --Optimist 05:50, 8 November 2007 (CST)
