Please divide this up into headers and de-orphan it, it's got too many paragraphs lumped together.

This article needs to be rewritten

As it is now, it seems this article's content comes from an ATS post, which in turn is an excerpt from an article by Duncan Campbell that was published in New Statesman on August 12, 1988. While it was a good way to get some content in tinWiki at the, putting in material from ATS, pre-existing articles should not make up the content of tinWiki articles now.

I made a template message for articles of this type, which I have, btw., also added to this article, now. I'm not sure the best thing is to do with such articles. I have thought that some of them should be preserved -- but perhaps that's mostly for articles that don't already appear elsewhere on the web, and such. This particular article here already appears, in the same way, in ATS. So, rewriting the content in this tinWiki article page shouldn't mean any kind of loss. All that would have to be done, is to simply keep a link at the bottom of the article, to the ATS page. Then all that's here right now would still be readily available, as they say. So, my conclusion is, then, that this article should now be rewritten. Optimist 09:13, 26 September 2008 (CDT)
