Image

An image should only appear at the top of the article if the image relates directly to the topic of the article. That means the pic of the doctor should only be there if the doctor himself were actually excitotoxicity itself. If an image does not directly relate to the topic of the article, it should appear farther down into the article, for example in the case of this article there could be a section on the doctor, and the image could be displayed inside that section.
