I locked this for now, also added the banner "Written by individual"

I just now added the banner "Written by individual" and also locked the article from edits, for now. This is not a collaboratively written wiki article, but is an excerpt from a book -- and is "reprinted with permission". This type of page is not in accordance with the general idea of a collaborative wiki, and so the best solution for this article would perhaps be to put it in a second website, like a blog or something, for such signed articles (there are a few other signed articles here in tinWiki, in addition to this one). Until further, I have locked the article from edits.

Discussion is of course very welcome here in the discussion page, though. Optimist 19:49, 28 March 2008 (CDT)
