Third rank

The Third rank, as the term is used by, among others, Linda Kennedy, is representatives of an effort to oppress humanity, who have infiltrated what is often called the "alternative media". In other words, the Third rank are false conspiracy theorists who are really on the side of the very conspirators they claim to fight. Dave vonKleist, Joyce Riley, Alex Jones, Jeff Rense, George Noory, Art Bell, and others are referred to as the alternative media who are suppressing real stories by putting out false information to keep people off the mark.

However, in the broader sense, The "Third Rank" does not just refer to the media, but also to other mediums used for disinformation such as Hollywood, which the DoD admits they have used many times before. Other forms of the Third Rank can be alternative medicines, the use of fake whistleblowers, and fake experts to name just a few. So the "Third Rank" does not include just one form of disinformation, but in the broader sense, it refers to any situation where there is a net that catches those who have come out of disinformation, in order to recapture them in another lie by the very same disinformation agents that had originally captured them in a lie. It is a form of control that gives the victim a false sense of security in that they escaped a lie, but in fact have fallen in the perpetrators new lie that appears opposite to the lie once belived, but is still a lie.
