The Totalitarian Tiptoe is the world domination method of slow encroachment on civil liberties and freedoms, used by a small few that want to control the world. The Totalitarian Tiptoe involves small, easily-accepted (and less noticable) steps to achieve a pre-desired endpoint that would otherwise be totally discarded by the general populace of the world. The favoured Modus Operandi of those that plan a Totalitarian Tiptoe is the Problem-Reaction-Solution formula.
Theory
One theory about the Totalitarian Tiptoe is that its inevitable endpoint is that of a unified fascist World Government (to stomp out national sovereignty in the name of 'peace'), a World Bank (to control the world's nations economically and cripple their independance by forcing them to use a centrally-controlled World Currency), policed by a World Army, and a Microchipped Population of mind-controlled slaves.
The Totalitarian Tiptoe does not involve one or even any less than a dozen different desired solutions (Using the Problem-Reaction-Solution formula), but thousands of small steps in the bringing about of previously unconsidered options (due to a complete lack of human comprehension of the neccesity for them, and a previous lack of problems to react to and DESIRE the solution in the first place).
Who
There are several theories as to who would want to utilise the Totalitarian Tipto method of World Domination:
- International Bankers who want to own every bit of land, gold, money, and resource in the world, so that they can live in luxury. Like a 'Manchurian Global' from the movie The Manchurian Candidate. (The most realistic of the theories)
- Secret Societies that want to control the world for their own dark and hidden purposes.
Like in The Davinci Code by Dan Brown. (Not as realistic as the first)
- Aliens/Reptiloids that want to manipulate the human species by controlling key players in government, military, banking, corporations, and political dissent, to achieve total domination over us.
Like The Tripods. (The least likely of the three)
Problem-Reaction-Solution
The Problem-Reaction-Solution formula (also known as 'Thesis-Antithesis-Synthesis') employs the use of predictable reactions to apparent problems that allow the planners the chance to bring in a pre-determined solution. Because of the extreme predictability of human nature, the Problem-Reaction-Solution formula can be used to bring about a solution that would normally be completely rejected by the target. It is often the case that the problem needs to be artificially created to solicit the reaction that will allow 'them' (whoever wants to benefit from the Totalitarian Tiptoe) to bring about the solution.
Monitoring formula
Endpoint: Britain needs blanketing 24/7 surveillance monitoring of all citizens.
Limitations: The UK citizens don't want their civil liberties ruined by a private OR public security force watching their every move.
Solution: Increase the amount of funding on public security and employ smaller steps to have it more easily accepted.
Steps
- Pass laws that allow private and government/public firms to install security cameras into their own facilities, to get employees and customers used to cameras. Bring this about by providing the solution to the problem of increased theft rates and break-ins.
- Encourage town and city managers and security personell to install security surveillance in the streets, proclaiming that it's for 'traffic purposes'. Bring this about by providing the solution to the (pre-planned) problem of insufficient mobile speed cameras and a significant drop in fine revenues.
- Install and fund thousands of cameras in London to watch every street corner and 'potential security hot-spot'. Provide this as the solution to a lack of citizen faith in government after a (secretly staged) 'terrorist attack' on London's public transport network.
World government formula
Endpoint: A United World Government that squashes national sovereignty.
Limitations: No sane nation would willingly give up its self governance and right to economic, social, and political freedoms.
Solution: Make it appear that the superpowers of the world are bigoted, uncontrollable and irresponsible.
Steps
- Create concentration camps in foreign lands that do not fall under U.S jurisdiction and law, but only as long as the U.S Military occupies those lands (so that you can blame the lack of local security). Bring this about by invading and taking over the lands where the camps are located, on the pre-text of deposing dictators (of which you put into place a decade earlier to allow you to do this) and ensuring the security of the U.S and it's allies.
- Secretly and purposefully 'leak' information out via the media (which you already control) that 'exposes' the atrocities being undertaken in your concentration camps. This will make the population of the world react in anger and hatred of your regime, and they will demand that someone steps up to stop you.
- Once the coalition of the nations that oppose your war crimes has formed an official World Government, (or given more power to the United Nations), confess to the crimes and make a martyr of yourself, to allow a new and more honest leader to take your place (of which whom you are already secretly working in collaboration with) and to sign over your nation's sovereingty to the new World Government.
