Uncivil Liberties is a 2007 or 2006 (sources disagree) Mercer Films and Digital Productions feature film. Set in "the near future", this third film production by Mercer Films is centered around a militant organization which attempts to stop the development of government surveillance technology. The film is somewhat reminiscent of The Matrix in its subject matter, if not quite in quality.

A message conveyed in Uncivil Liberties is that "there is no system, only people."

The militant group fighting the state's surveillance program are called the "Sons of Liberty".
