Verichip is an implantable device in order to track an individual. Also supposed in conspiracy theory circles as being "The Mark of the Beast" as well a potential monetary system, to be enacted by the Real ID program. VeriChip is the first approved implant in the Food and Drug Administrations history. The device is only twice the length of a grain of rice and emits a radio frequency. Once scanned at the proper frequency, the VeriChip responds with a unique sixteen-digit number which can correlate the user to information stored on a database for identity verification, medical records access and other uses. With such technology it is obvious that this has drove the conspiracy theorist crazy and has been tagged the mark of the beast. The device can be placed inside the body and once done so it is invisible to the naked eye; this chip is much like the alien implant chips that some people talk about.
