Wem Ghost

In 1995, Wem Town Hall in England had a fire, and in a photograph of the burning building, it seems a girl is present inside the building, even though none of the firefighters had noticed any girl there. The girl in the photograph is therefore thought to possibly be a ghost. One suggestion for who the ghost could be, is the 14 year old Jane Churm who died in the very same building three hundred years ago, in 1677, in a fire she accidentally set when she dropped a candle.
